Class Announcements

For uniformity, the class has decided to purchase Jogging Shorts at the Airmen's Mall. Each costs 150 pesos. These are usually a size smaller than the usual. This will be used on all succeeding training days.

Update as of 31 March 2025:

Due to stock unavailability at the airmen's mall, all flights are instructed to purchase Botak-branded jogging shorts at Lazada or Shopee. Links are provided in our Viber gc. Marchers shall carry out this instruction.

Update as of 04 April 2025:
All should wear black cycling shorts underneath.

A buddy system will be introduced to better account, monitor, ensure compliance and cooperation of the class. The class is divided into four (4) flights which will be headed by a Marcher and Assistant Marcher. In the absence of one, the flight shall designate a temporary replacement.

The flights are also grouped into two (2) clusters. Cluster A is comprised of Alpha and Bravo while Cluster B is composed of Charlie and Delta.

The Reservist Service is founded on the principle of volunteerism. We ask everyone to be conscious enough to respond to the needs of the class and/or batch. We expect more from the boys since most of the tasks given require physical strength. We also encourage the girls to do the same for the other tasks. 

If still none, we oblige the marchers to appoint any member of their flight.

We have observed that medics are not always available. To fill in this gap, the class shall procure (by expense or donations) OTC drugs and first aid equipment chargeable against the class fund.

The Med Kit shall include:

1. Paracetamol

2. Cetirizine

3. Ibuprofen or other Analgesics

4. Antacids

5. Loperamide

6. Oral Rehydration Salts

7. Sugar packs

8. White Flower or other Mentholated Oils or liniments

9. Cotton

10. Betadine

11. Micropore Tape

12. Band Aid

13. Alcohol

14. Gauze Pad

15. Scissors

If you have maintenance medications, you have the option to provide us a few pills that may be necessary for your own personal necessity. Kindly put them in a zip lock with your name on it.

The custody of the Med Kit shall start with Flight Alpha on 05 April.

The sequence shall be followed by Flight Bravo, Flight Charlie, and Flight Delta.

It has been observed by the class that in the last training day, the supplied water was not sufficient. Perhaps  due to the physical exercises we underwent. We have also used the personal water supply supply of other units. The officers have decided that we procure our own water supply. The class shall procure two (2) water jugs chargeable against the class fund.

The duty for such shall be distributed by cluster every training day.

Cluster A - 05 April 2025 and every 2  weeks thereafter

Cluster B - 12 April 2025 and every 2  weeks thereafter

Update as of 06 April 2025:
The batch wuill procure 15 water containers every training day. Thus, no need to bring per flight.

While we wait the discussion of such matter on a batch level, we will be using masking tapes with our last names written on it for us to be properly identified. We will continue such practice until a proper uniform is provided.

Update as of 06 April 2025:
The batch is now in the process of procuring the white shirts with names. Please pay 200 for sizes XS to XL and 250 for 2XL and up. Send your payments to your flight marchers.

Please expect that there will be cleaning duty for us. Seven (7) of us has already rendered such duty. We still await any announcement from the batch president regarding this.

As relayed by the Batch VP, we will be needing to contribute money for the purchase of cleaning materials.

Starting 05 April 2025, the above illustration shall be our standard seating arrangement. It shall always be followed unless deemed impractical.

The succeeding training day, Cluster A will move at the back and Cluster B will be seated in front for everyone to have their chance.

The Marchers and Assistant Marchers shall be seated at both ends for them to properly fulfill their duties.

We encourage each flight to have their own entry for showcasing talents. It may be a solo performance, duo, or group.
