Order and Direction
There will be a Marcher and an Assistant Marcher who will be in charge of the monitoring, accounting, and ensuring compliance of our fellow RCs. Their tasks consist of, but not limited to:
ATTENDANCE
Ensuring that all members have signed on the attendance sheet of BI and PAF.
Report to class officers if there will be instances that a member will be absent.
Ensure that all your members have logged out of the VTC by the end of the session.
REPORTS AND DOCUMENTATION
Make sure that all your members have complied with any responses required by the class, the batch, or the PAF.
You shall have the task to contact them in times that they are unable or have not provided the response required from them.
Conduct pre- and post-activity interviews. The contents shall be their expectations, preparations, how they are currently feeling, and their feedback or comments after the activity.
Upload the videos and photos in the designated cloud drive which shall be later determined.
FOOD
Collect the payment of members for their meal orders, and subsequently forward to the Class Treasurer.
Report if there will be changes in the amount of food packs or if there will be any specific diet or allergen to avoid.
Properly distribute the food to their members .
SEATING ARRANGEMENT AND TRANSFER TO OTHER LOCATION
Make sure that all members are accounted in their respective area or seat. One marcher shall lead the queue and the other marcher shall be at the end of the line.
Marchers shall also be seated at both ends of the seating arrangement.
WATER AND MED KIT
Be mindful of your scheduled duty for the water refill and handling of med kit.
Designate members of your flight who shall be tasked to fulfil these.
OTHER CONCERNS
Should there be any incident, marchers shall immediately inform class officers.
Marchers can also diligently resolve issues within their respective flights.
Institute a way to check on your members particularly those who will be needing medical attention.
Talent Portion
We ask flight marchers their coordination and cooperation in identifying and encouraging their members to showcase their talents.
We also suggest that group performances be conducted.
